I started a little group a few years ago when our local library became a Community Library. It’s called Knot, Knit & Natter. It’s every 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month 10am - 12pm. You don’t have to pay and you don’t have to knit! It’s open to everyone, just bring a project, or just bring yourself! There was a great article recently on @bbcradio4 about loneliness and how it is on the increase, little groups like this one are so helpful in getting people out of their home to spend a couple of hours in warm friendly space where there is no pressure to do anything but ‘be’. Everyone is welcome and our next gathering is on Tuesday at Kinver Community Library. We are a very friendly bunch! 😊#community #dontbelonely #textiles #craft #friendship #bbcradio4
