Tree of Life for April is a delicate work featuring a magnolia tree. April is a gentle month that sits between winter and summer. A time when we see beautiful blossom against a backdrop of ever changing sky. I have painted a rainbow, a golden sun and tiny raindrops all painted within the aqua mandala. I hope it captures the time of year when the fields are green and the air is filled, for just a short while, with the scent of spring blossom.
